I guess it’s fine if you’re not too picky, but the variety felt limited to me. I was expecting a few more options, though apparently that was asking a bit much.

I ordered three items, but one of them was missing, and another came in the wrong flavor. Customer support did fix part of the issue, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was frustrating. I’d probably think twice before ordering again

To be fair, the product itself was fine, but the auto delivery ended up being annoying. My subscription kept shipping sooner than I expected, and figuring out how to cancel wasn’t very clear. I just didn’t have a great experience with it overall...

Solaray got back to me quickly, I think it was the same day, and the answer actually matched what I was asking. Maybe I just got lucky and reached the right person, but it definitely didn’t feel like some generic copy-and-paste reply.

Everything ended up getting handled without any hassle, so I was happy with the experience. I’d order from them again.

I had a hard time swallowing these, actually. The capsules are big and they got stuck a few times, which made taking them kind of unpleasant.

I like that they actually test for purity. whenever a company does that, I pretty much assume they’re usually more careful about everything else too. Makes it feel safe to use.

I’ve been aware of Solaray for years, and they’ve always seemed like one of those supplement brands you see around a lot and generally trust. I’ve bought a few of their products here and there, usually while restocking vitamins on a random Sunday night, and I haven’t had any big problems with them.
That said, I wouldn’t say every product has blown me away. Some feel better than others, and sometimes the info online is a little all over the place, which gets annoying when I’m just trying to compare labels with a coffee going cold next to me. I’d still buy Solaray again, but I usually check a couple other brands first.

I tried to pay twice and the checkout kept freezing on me. Then my cart got emptied, which was really frustrating after I’d already picked everything out. I ended up just giving up. If this keeps happening, I’m probably going to shop somewhere else
